Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 Design Leaked: Familiar Samsung Aesthetic with Subtle Updates

The rear of the next Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 design leaked today, after the release of a photograph featuring part of the device’s face yesterday. Once more, for whatever reason, we only see a little portion of the upper side rather than the complete thing.

However, it’s sufficient to see the camera island design, which is distinctly Samsung, and the corner angles, which are strikingly similar to Samsung’s most recent Ultras in the Galaxy S series.

Once more, the cameras will be arranged vertically, but in contrast to what the business has been doing lately with its non-folding phones, there will also be a tiny island linking the cameras. Although the design is identical to the Galaxy Z Fold5 from the previous year, there appears to be less protrusion of the oval-shaped island behind the cameras on this model.

In other words, anyone will be able to identify this as a Samsung from the rear right away. While this is undoubtedly advantageous for the brand, it comes at the sacrifice of sticking with a tried-and-true design and not taking any more risks.

As you can see, the camera islands themselves have new rings surrounding them and should be larger than on the Fold5. That is essentially all that is shown in this picture. At Samsung’s upcoming Unpacked event in July, the Galaxy Z Fold6 is anticipated to make its formal debut alongside the Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Watch7 series, Galaxy Watch Ultra, and Galaxy Ring.
