Realme C63 Announced With 50MP Camera, 5,000 mAh Battery, and 45W charging
The Realme C63 has been unveiled in Indonesia and is scheduled to launch in Malaysia on June 5. It runs Android 14 and is powered by the Unisoc T612 SoC. It has 256GB of internal storage and up to 8GB of RAM.
An 8MP selfie camera is housed in a U-shaped notch on the 6.74-inch HD+ 90Hz LCD screen of the Realme C63. The AI dual-light sensor on the display is designed “to provide an optimal viewing experience in every moment, with perfect brightness and visibility” (machine translated from Indonesian). The display has a peak brightness of 560 nits. In addition, it supports Rainwater Smart Touch technology, Mini Capsule, and air motions that let users swipe up and down between video streams and answer or mute incoming calls.
Reminiscent to the iPhone Pro/Max model, the smartphone’s rear features a squircle-shaped camera island that houses two cameras and a flash. The 50MP sensor is used in the main camera.
Realme C63 is available in two colors: Jade Green and Leather Blue. The former weighs 191g more than the latter and has a vegan leather back. A 5,000 mAh battery with 45W charging support powers the device.
The Realme C63’s other notable features are its IP54 classification, 360° NFC, Dynamic Button, USB-C, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Additionally, it features a dedicated microSD card slot for additional storage and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Realme’s Indonesian website lists the Realme C63 priced IDR1,999,000 ($125/€115/INR10,250/PKR 34174) and IDR2,299,000 ($140/€130/INR11,790/PKR 39309) in 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB variants, respectively. In Indonesia, sales of it will begin on June 5.
